Breakfast
Recently, I started on a health kick... eating healthily, staying active, sleeping more, and most importantly, eating breakfast. i don't think i have eaten breakfast on a regular basis since middle school. and even back then, i did not like eating breakfast... it's not that i don't like breakfast food b/c i actually love eggs, orange juice, english muffins, and oatmeal... but eating early in the morning has always caused uneasiness in my stomach... the pain would be so bad sometimes that i would have to lie in fetal position before heading out to school. so because of those traumatic times, my instinctual resolution was to skip breakfast altogether. but growing up, i always heard and knew that breakfast is the most important meal of the deal. now that i have included breakfast into my daily routine (i just started this wk)... i wake up starving every morning... kinda stinks. haha.
